ANGAIR will complete the Great Otway Walk on 20 November. There is an option to stay at Kangaroobie, a School Camp near Princetown, which we have booked out for 19 & 20 November. If you wish to join us, please complete and return the booking form (download as PDF file here), as your place will only be reserved on receipt of payment.
We will meet at Kangaroobie, a camp on the Great Ocean Road, about 3 kmbefore Princetown. From there, we will drive to The Gables Lookout, where we will start our 3.1 km, medium difficulty walk through forest and heath land to the Devils Kitchen. Then onward, following the Old Coach Road through farm landand forest to Princetown, 7.8 km of easy walking.
Those staying at Kangaroobie will have the option of an easy, 6 km walk to the Glendample Homestead on Sunday 21. This section has great views of the Twelve Apostles.
A further option is penguin viewing near Port Campbell, which we could do in the dusk of Saturday evening. As inother years, we would like to share your best curry recipe on Saturday evening.
