The Victorian Government has changed the Associations Incorporation Act with a result that ANGAIR has to revise its rules of Association to more closely reflect Model Rules provided by the Government (through its Department of Consumer Affairs).
To do this we need to submit a special resolution to the next AGM in February 2014. The Committee of Management has decided it would be good practice to place a copy of the proposed rules and amendments on the ANGAIR web page for members perusal.
The documents can be downloaded by clicking on the links below:
1. ANGAIR Rules of Association – for Feb 2014 AGM (these are amended Model Rules provided by Dept of Consumer Affairs, for approval at Feb AGM).
2. Summary of proposed amendments to Model Rules (this is a summary of the amendments proposed for approval).
A hard copy will also be held in the ANGAIR Office and Library.
