Many members are now receiving ANGAIR’s newsletter by e-mail. We have received much positive feedback about this.

People enjoy seeing the photos in full colour, and appreciate the flexibility to print out what they need, and store the rest on their computers for easy future reference. E-mail also saves cost, and reduces the work for ANGAIR volunteers. If you would like to change to electronic delivery, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. We occasionally get messages that delivery of the newsletter has failed because e-mail addresses are incorrect, or in-boxes are full. We apologise if any members have missed out because of these problems. Please remember to advise us if you change your e-mail address, to ensure you receive your copy.

We are very proud of our website and are continually adding material, such as reports of activities together with lovely photos. We urge all members to regularly check the website to keep track of what is happening in your organisation. ANGAIR again participated in the Anglesea Easter Riverbank Market. Over 500 indigenous plants  from the propagating group, and a variety of ANGAIR publications and merchandise, were sold. It is very pleasing to note the increased interest in our native flora and fauna, and in choosing indigenous plants for our local gardens.

ANGAIR members should be proud of the number of them who helped at the working bee at the Anglesea Primary School. They were wonderful, removing the weeds and rubbish, and their efforts are very much appreciated by the school community. Thanks to you all.

The Great Ocean Road Coastal Committee have advised that the draft Coastal Management Plan will now be available for public comment at the end of May or early June, rather than mid-April, as previously advised.
